PRAWN BOIL
INGREDIENTS

2 lbs Mitch’s Catch Spot Prawn Tails (see thawing instructions below)

1/4 lb butter
-
3-4 garlic cloves chopped
-
1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley

4-5 husked cobs of corn (brush with olive oil and grill till lightly charred)

6 pieces of garlic bread (slice a baguette into six pieces, drizzle with olive oil, grill until lightly browned, rub a fresh clove of garlic over heated bread)
Important Prep Note:
Remove Mitch’s Catch Spot Prawn Tails from your freezer, remove from container & place in your fridge the night before you want to enjoy it (morning of works to)! If you want to enjoy them sooner, remove from container and put them into a bowl and add cool water to thaw.
HOW TO

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add prawns and boil until prawns float to the top.

While prawns are boiling, melt butter in a large frying pan that you will also use to serve your dish in.

Add garlic & sauté until very fragrant.

Once prawns float to the top, add to the melted butter/garlic combo.

Sauté until well coated, toss in fresh parsley.

Place corn and garlic bread around buttered prawns.

Serve family style with sliced lemon and lots of napkins and enjoy!
