We now offer delivery in the Vancouver area though our Shopify online store! Below is everything you need to know about our delivery process. For additional inquiries please contact ahoy@mitchscatch.com

Where do we deliver? 

We deliver to Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Burnaby.

If you are interested in getting our seafood to the Sea to Sky (Lions Bay, Squamish, Whistler), Sunshine Coast, or Vancouver Island, please email ahoy@mitchscatch.com.

When do we deliver?

Tuesdays 2pm to 5pm (orders need to be in by Tuesday at 12pm) and Thursdays 2pm to 5pm (orders need to be in by Thursday at 12pm).

We will contact you via text message when one of our crew members is on the way!

What is the delivery fee? 

In order to qualify for local delivery, orders must be $50+. There will be an additional delivery fee of $15 or $7.50 depending on the size of your order. Orders over $150 will qualify for free delivery. 

What if you’re not home? 

All orders will be delivered in an insulated bag. If you know you will not be home to accept your delivery- we ask that you please leave out a cooler and ice packs for our crew to place your order in. 

If you know you will not be home for 3+ hours to accept your delivery and transfer it to your freezer, please consider ordering on a day that works better for you. 

Do we deliver on holidays? 

Deliveries are not available on Stat Holidays. Please refer to our Instagram or look out for our Newsletter regarding any updates or alternative delivery dates around these times.
