INGREDIENTS

1 Mitch’s Catch Tuna Loin

2-3 tbsp Chili P (available at The Market)

1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil (we like Côte D’Azur, available at The Market)

2 tsp salt & herb rub (we like Côte D’Azur Fleur de Sel with Herbes de Provence, available at The Market)
-
Green onion for garnish

HOW TO
-
Remove your Tuna Loin from packaging and thaw in fridge on a plate (for about 4-6 hours).

Once your loin has thawed, roll your loin your in salt & herb rub.

In a large skillet add the grapeseed oil and turn to high heat and sear your loin for 30 seconds on each side.

Plate your Tuna Loin, add some Chili P for dipping & garnish with chopped green onion.
