½ to 1 lb of Mitch’s Catch Halibut Cheeks

Olive oil or butter
-
Dill
-
Squeeze lemon (optional)
-
Salt & pepper
Important Prep Note:
Remove desired amount of Mitch’s Catch Halibut Cheeks from the bag in your freezer & place in your fridge to thaw (3-4 hours).
HOW TO
-
Add butter or olive oil to a pan on medium-high heat.

Add Halibut Cheeks to pan once it’s hot and sear on both sides (1-2 minutes).

Add dill and begin to spoon butter/olive oil over the cheeks (continue until cheeks are lightly brown on each side).

Squeeze lemon on top and serve warm!
