TT’S HALI CHEEKS

INGREDIENTS

Main
  • ½ to 1 lb of Mitch’s Catch Halibut Cheeks
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Dill
  • Squeeze lemon (optional)
  • Salt & pepper
Important Prep Note:
Remove desired amount of Mitch’s Catch Halibut Cheeks from the bag in your freezer & place in your fridge to thaw (3-4 hours).

HOW TO

  1. Add butter or olive oil to a pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add Halibut Cheeks to pan once it’s hot and sear on both sides (1-2 minutes).
  3. Add dill and begin to spoon butter/olive oil over the cheeks (continue until cheeks are lightly brown on each side).
  4. Squeeze lemon on top and serve warm!
