HALIBUT COCONUT MILK CEVICHE
INGREDIENTS

2 pieces Mitch’s Catch halibut (approx. ½ lb) skin removed, cubed

1 lime, juice and zest

½ cup coconut milk

1 Calabrian chilli, chopped

½ cup cilantro, chopped

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tsp fish sauce *optional

1 bag tortilla chips, for serving
HOW TO

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir

Allow lime to “cook” the halibut by placing in fridge for at least 20 min
-
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
