Halibut Coconut Milk Ceviche

HALIBUT COCONUT MILK CEVICHE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pieces Mitch’s Catch halibut (approx. ½ lb) skin removed, cubed
  • 1 lime, juice and zest
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 Calabrian chilli, chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp fish sauce *optional
  • 1 bag tortilla chips, for serving

HOW TO

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir
  2. Allow lime to “cook” the halibut by placing in fridge for at least 20 min
  3. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
